Napa Kayak was founded on a simple idea: while millions visit Napa Valley for wine, very few experience the river that shaped its history.
Napa kayak guide Justin Perkins was raised in Napa Valley and has spent more than 30 years exploring its trails, waterways, and hidden corners. Long before downtown redevelopment and riverfront revitalization, Justin was hiking local hillsides, paddling the Napa River, and studying the stories that define the region.
That lifelong connection became the foundation of Napa Kayak — a locally owned kayak and paddleboard company focused on authentic river experiences, ecology, and Napa’s living history.
